We address our warm congratulations to Dr. Eleni Theocharous – former member of the European Parliament, to Jaromír Štětina – former member of the European Parliament, to Karim Van Overmeire – deputy Mayor of the Belgian city of Alost and to Julie de Groote – former president of French-speaking Parliament of Brussles for being awarded a “Gratitude” medal by the President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan for their lifetime assistance shown to Artsakh and its people.
President Sahakyan handed in the medals to the four political figures who were present in Stepanakert within the frameworks of the Pro Artsakh forum for cooperation for justice and peace conference of Artsakh friends.
