On the 9th of October 2018, the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy and the Armenian National Committee of Poland organized a ceremony dedicated to honour four highly respected Polish personalities in Krakow: Priest Tadeusz Isakowicz-Zaleski and distinguished professors: Dr. Andrzej Pisowicz, Dr. Andrzej A. Zięba and Dr. Krzysztof J. Stopka for the protection of the Armenian Culture and heritage in Poland as well as the rights of the Armenian People, and particularly for their contribution in the sphere of the Armenian Genocide recognition struggle. The honouring ceremony of was organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Independence of Poland and of the First Republic of Armenia. The Polish- Armenian historical relations and the presence of the Armenians in Poland for more than 7 hundred years and their contribution in the protection of the Armenian cultural heritage and could be a cornerstone for the new achievements and constructive projects in the future between the Armenian and Polish People.

Europejska Federacja Ormiańska na rzecz Sprawiedliwości i Demokracji oraz Ormiański Komitet Narodowy Polski mają przyjemność i zaszczyt zorganizować w Krakowie uroczystość, której celem jest wyrażenie podziękowania czcigodnemu księdzu Tadeuszowi Isakowiczowi-Zaleskiemu, a także wybitnym profesorom – Andrzejowi Pisowiczowi, Krzysztofowi Stopce i Andrzejowi A. Ziębie za ich wkład w rozwój kultury polskich Ormian, za wsparcie i promocję spraw ormiańskich w Polsce, a zwłaszcza za ich znaczący udział w upamiętnianiu tragedii ludobójstwa Ormian i zwalczaniu prób jej negowania. Ta wyjątkowa uroczystość ma szczególne znaczenie, gdyż zbiega się z historyczną rocznicą stulecia niepodległości obu państw: Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i Republiki Armenii. Dziedzictwo ośmiowiekowej, niezwykle twórczej obecności Ormian w Polsce, oraz przyjazne stosunki polsko-ormiańskie niech staną się bodźcem dla nowych osiągnięć obu narodów, a także dla dalszej, owocnej i konstruktywnej współpracy między nimi.
